Title: Modeling of aerodynamic rotor interaction for multi-rotor wind turbines
Multi-rotor wind turbines introduce additional design parameters. In this thesis, the influence of rotor spacing, rotor orientation and rotor control on the power performance and wake recovery is investigated with Computational Fluid Dynamics. The Vestas multi-rotor demonstrator is used as a baseline design.
