The Danish Research Consortium for Wind Energy (DFFV) has as part of its continued effort to coordinate and develop the medium to long-term research in Denmark developed this research strategy.

DTU/DTU Wind Energy is responsible for the daily operation of the test station which has 5 test pads which are leased to different companies working with wind energy.

The National Test Center for Large Wind Turbines

DTU/DTU Wind Energy is responsible for the daily operation of the test centre which has 7 test pads which are all leased to Companies within the wind energy industry.

Partnering with DTU Wind Energy

DTU Wind Energy is a partner for more than 30 EU projects and a coordinator for more than the third of them. The department has a long history of cooperation with the industry which has developed a unique understanding of the industry needs.
